Light run with Indy, out and up rebirth and back. Bit of a hiatus while we were in polar votex deep freeze. Finally warming up, only -22 or something. Maybe even go for a classic ski soon - the tracks on powerline and the 10k looked very nice!

Something wrong with heartrate monitor, looked weird. So deleted and made it up.
