My headtorch was out of battery, so running with Nixon's bike torch. I was lost from the very beginning, didn't understand the scale but it was fun after it!
Physio - acupunture, I am hypermobile, so that's the reason why I use my back even when I shouldn't. The goal is to get strong. I need to adjust the stength training in gym not to use my back + start doing some core strengthening.
