JK Relays, 1 leg. Made a mistake on the longest leg and then a couple of small ones due to tiredness. Pushed very hard in the end, can't remeber of a race where I pushed hard like this. Came 8th, with a pack, 2.5' behind Jo. Madara did a good job on her run coming 8th too, heading it to Tess, who had a brilliant run and brought us a silver medal!!
