Super chilled run stopped to take pictures along the way and stuff and dare I say it I may be getting better and climbing.

Always feel good for the first two miles on these runs and hold on up-to 4km then go down hill very fast.

Tass workshop yesterday- got told I have very tight hamstrings got a few stretches and stuff to take care of it over the next few weeks.

Good run not pushing alot, kinda a very long recovery run. 4:30 on roads and slower on canal as it was very wet and muddy.
