what a bad day my body wouldn't run and faster even tho my brain new it was capable and that inst even the worse of it completely missing out control 6 and being dumped into the c final pretty much ruined my motivation for the rest of the day.

just a grim final if you can even call the c final a legit final.

easy run feeling better now plus need to start running again or else wont be in shape for this weekend, was breathing harder than usual but that was expected with being still slightly ill how ever the pace was good so im happy.
