Running race (Grin n bear it fell race) 2:36:46 [4] 27.0 km (5:48 / km) +709m 5:08 / km

hard day, legs werent feeling it at the start and took a while to warm up but after 10km i was fine and settled into a good pace before picking it up with 5km to go, 1st u23, won some jam, a toy cat and some fancy bread!
