12 days till the ultra, time to taper down however not sure how quite to manage it, been feeling super fine at 70 mile weeks so don't really think I need a two week taper. Any advise welcome!

planned to run the edale skyline however the snow at the top was hip deep so bailed down it with two other guys and made a new plan basically to run in a rough direction towards Sheffield and then jump on a train when i was done. this worked out fine and i still managed to get in a good long run my last long run before the ultra in two weeks.
