Feeling a niggle in the top of my left calf muscle and I always seem to injure my calf's and nothing else so playing it safe taking a few days of cross training before it gets worse.

better than yesterday just alot slower.

hit the deck so jogged slowly for a couple controls.

overall better concentration and better planning just need to implement this at speed.
