Past three weeks not gone according to plan: week 1 pulled calf, week 2 injured knee, week 3 got the flu. My motivation has been tested alot but by taking a few days off running to get better it had made me want to get out running more so hopeful kicking off some good solid weeks with bucs this weekend (wich won't be my finest performance the goal right now is just to finish but there will be many more bucs to come) then the goal is to get back to the shape I was in before my ultra as that was probably the best shape I've ever been in, it's gonna take a few weeks but it'll be worth it.
