From wildboarclough up to the cat and fiddle then down into Buxton up to and along fernlee reservoir up to windgather rocks and along to shining tor then back down into wildboarclough for a dip in the river. Felt harder than last week bigger and steeper climbs but got it done and still building up want to be hitting regular 4 - 4.5 hour long runs before grand tour of skiddaw comes around first weekend of September
