Worked on doing three reps of chin ups. Cheating a little, not fully down to a dead hang, the tiniest bit of help on the way up.


P's note

Good, good--tomorrow do 12x200 in 45 (or as close as you can get). Mile warm up; 1.5 mile warm down. Strength W and Fri. When you're doing the pull down exercises, try to use your arms as little as possible and your lats as much as possible. Thurs and Sat 4 easy. 8 at 9 min pace Sunday, hopefully with a group. Enjoy!
