Soupy! Ugh, I want to run this workout by feel, but it's been so long since I've consistently done a long run on the C & O, I can't really feel out the effort for the whole seven miles & I need to compensate for the hot/humid weather, but I'm no good at that either right now.
Went out too fast, had to stop at 5 miles and walk/jog the rest in.
