Tomorrow do a good strong hill work out--5 miles--to get yourself back in the swing of things. Easy 5 on Thurs, followed by 10-12 striders barefoot on grass. Easy 4 Sat. Sun do 6-7 at 9:15 pace. Strength on Wed and Fri.
