I've been getting sicker and sicker since tuesday. ugh, felt terrible today & still so much holiday social stuff to do. I napped instead of working out.
Yes, try to go out harder. Tomorrow I want you to do a three-mile run at 8:30 pace--be as even as you can with the splits. Do a little warm up and a little warm down. Run and easy 4 on Thurs and Sat. And do the 7 at 9 min pace this Sunday.
