Bob was in town, so I moved the workout to later this week to run with him. Was suppose to go 4 miles easy, but somewhere in the 3rd mile felt a sharp twinge in my left foot heel/arch. Ended up walking most of the way home which felt fine, but when I tried to start jogging, it would come back. Now it's a few hours later, I can sometime feel it walking and sometimes it feels like nothing. I'll push the workout to further out in the week.
