Running 40:00 [3] 3.0 mi (13:20 / mi)

@ Christine's loop

3 miles easy. First time on roads since I pulled the hamstring. Tight when I started, but better when I warmed up. OK, not fantastic. I'm starting to not feel it during the day when I'm just doing my regular stuff.

Note

P's note:

I think easy runs this week is a good idea. Maybe something like 3 tomorrow and Thurs. If you're feeling pretty good Sat, bump it up to 5 on the weekend days. Keep the pace gentle though.

Sunday Feb 4, 2018 #

Running 45:00 [3] 3.5 mi (12:51 / mi)
(injured) shoes: Saucony Swerve (Orange)

45 min treadmill run, 15-10 min pace. Better than Sat, but still there. :(

Swimming 30:00 [3]

30 min swim. grouchy guy yelled at me when I asked to split a lane with him.
