Checking out another gym that I signed up for for the 24 hour access. I'm not sure this will be part of the routine, but I wanted to give it a chance.

Back to the regular lifts. Squats deadlifts ohp. Push ups. Dips.

Thought about bench because they were full and I was intimidated. Checked out the strange treadmills.

Felt good. Still slightly weak push-off with the left hamstring so I can feel a slight lopsidedness to my stride, but not bad.
