EHS cross country training. Last one for a while with sports suspended and test weeks starting.
1km warm up
3 rounds of 20 walking lunges, 100m jog, 20 squats, stair rep, 100m jog, 20 situps, 200m jog, 30 sec plank or 15 push ups.
400m cool down
