We ran around the lower grounds with Miss Watt. I could keep up with the matric girls but they probably haven't started proper training

Bill Stewart is usually rather technical so I was a bit to careful. It was rather hard to run properly. I was concerned about my ankles. I beat Chantal by about 6 minutes. I won the eastern schools league. We only managed a team of 8 Jeppe Girls today. Not much orienteering for a few weeks now.

Heron Bridge was a sprint map and had lots of building in one section. I felt good and could run faster than my navigation. I was wondering towards the end if I'd got all the controls. I think the training and school sport is paying off. I was the fourth lady and second girl half a minute behind Zoe.

I'm getting faster which is encouraging. There were a few ladies that I could actually keep up with. It helped to pace myself.

Managed to get ten Jeppe Girls to come. They weren't the most athletic people but they all seemed to have a lot of fun.
The navigation was pretty easy. It was a hot day.

I think I was first lady again.Bradley flew round in 53 mins!!
Richard caught up to me and I basically stayed with him until the end. I tested my navigation skills further trying to collect controls. My legs are scratched and my shoes look discusting because we had to walk through a fair amount of muddy water.

I was the first lady on the Green today. I went pretty slowly and tried to get my navigation right. The map was small and hard to read. I did another couple of km's collecting controls.
It was a great event.

All my friends are sick at the moment with colds, throat and chest infections. Hopefully I can stay healthy especiall with the Belfast weekend and schools league coming up

Training with the British team. I was the only junior. I was slow and made lots of stupid mistakes. We used the sprint map which is very detailed and small. We got our new Otops which look pretty cool.
