Friday Jan 18

Cycling 36:38 [3] 11.2 km (3:16 / km)
Alex let me out so I didn't realise that I didn't have my keys. When I got home the power was off again! so the bell wasn't working. I had to shout for a long time before Alex heard me. The park was really muddy.

Wednesday Jan 16

Running (Sasol wichwood) 22:45 [3] 3.2 km (7:07 / km) +40m 6:41 / km
ahr:171 max:188 shoes: New Balance 477
I used my new heart rate monitor.

Tuesday Jan 15

Running (cross country prac) 5:00 [3]
shoes: New Balance 477
Twenty minute prac: 15min walk and 5min fast run. Once again not really worthwhile. I will definitely have to do some running by myself before prac.

Monday Jan 14

I went to cricket practice for the first time in my life. It was from 2 to 4. I really enjoyed it.
I then went to cross country training until quarter to 5. It was pretty relaxed because most people are still recovering from a lazy holiday.

Sunday Jan 13

Running race (Dischem 5) 29:33 [5] 5 km (5:55 / km) vdot: 31.4
shoes: New Balance 477
I enjoyed the route which was quite flat. My legs felt great. I passed Richard at about 2.5km and Could still see Brad in the distance at about 4km but he wasn't running too hard. I'm really tired now especially after a late night and waking up at four thirty.
