Rode to my grans where i'll be staying until sunday because my parents are in pietermaritzburg for the weekend.

I did 50m sprints and 50m rest between the street lamps in the last km. Legs felt better but I still felt slow.

Albert's Farm WOC fundraising. It was a window O event with only a small area shown around each control. Had to take bearings and pace. Landed up in a pack of girls but they got away up the big hill. My kit choice was bad. O socks and black jacks don't go. Took my shoe off twice to dig out rubbish
