At Boksburg Stadium. I ran 1st leg in Roc's open women team with Liz and Del. I was pretty happy with my run. I aced all the controls but my running speed was frustrating. It was also boiling hot. My average heart rate was rather high. It was encouraging to finish just behind Cindy.

Had cricket practice from 14:00 to 15:30. Need all the practice we can get as we are playing a match on Monday

Had an hour cricket practice. We ended early because a swarm of bees took a liking to our field

Legs felt horrible to start with but felt great towards the end. Ran with Alex and we are trying to do this route faster each week. Took splits at the garage: 7:09 and at bishop bavin: 14:50.

Good session with interesting new activities. Did a route choice exercise with the world champs sprint map and a map memory transfer of a line course on the Nasrec map.

My legs are still a bit sore from Saturday so thought a ride would do them good.

Note

Had tour da maths so spent the whole day at school. Went on a bus to St Peters and felt car (bus) sick. Only got home at 21h00 so no time to do anything
