Orienteering (Junior Squad training) 1:30:00 [3] shoes: New Balance 472
Training organized by Alex at Hennops. 3 good exercises: Attack points and traffic light O', Contours only and window O'. Enjoyed the first the exercise but went a bit hard. My core muscles battled with the rough terrain. Had to take the other 2 exercises quite slowly. Compass and distance judgment still need work.
Went to Northern Farm with Alex and Jane. Mostly rode by myself which was cool because I could take it nice and easy. Don't really know the place that well so I'm always a bit worried I'll land up on some long loop but it worked out okay. Haven't touched my bike since Diamond Dash. It needs a bit of work. My bike comp stopped reading so no stats.
Went for a really short, easy run. Felt okay. My left side is still tight and uncomfortable. It didn't get better as I warmed up. Lungs aren't completely clear but not bad. Was great to be running again :-)
