Woke up with a migraine. By lunch I was on a drip in casualty. First day of the holidays make it a prime day for a migraine but it was unexpected as I haven't had one in almost a year.

At Boksburg Stadium. Not happy with my run. I did registration so started really late. #1 was a long, easy leg which meant I could plan the whole course, but Steph beat me by 1:10 on it. My major mistake was #4. I didn't approach it well and the circle was hiding an important knoll. Probably lost 2mins. After that it went relatively well but I was annoyed and not moving well. Tania won in 24mins.

Training organized by Alex at Hennops. 3 good exercises: Attack points and traffic light O', Contours only and window O'. Enjoyed the first the exercise but went a bit hard. My core muscles battled with the rough terrain. Had to take the other 2 exercises quite slowly. Compass and distance judgment still need work.
