Belfast Oringen - Middeldam.
No major mistakes but lots of small misses. Map contact and concentration weren't great. Had to force myself to think about things that should be coming naturally. Guess I shouldn't be surprised - last CC I did was in October! Managed to keep a decent pace going although I was on the limit on the last loop - not a lot of processing power left.
Finished 21 seconds behind Jess L. Happy to be about 6mins behind the main pack of guys. Mike destroyed in 37mins.

Ilumin8 Valentines Night Run at the PWC bike park.
Felt strong and fast... which is rare. Still my favourite trail running route in Joburg. Lots of fun!

Witsoc training. Poor turn-out: Caitlin, Ant and 2 new peeps. Anyway, still a good session. A line course and then a star relay. Lots of construction on West campus at the moment.

At Delta Park Schools league event. Rather entertaining jogging around helping confused children for about 2hrs. Glad the storm stayed away this week!
