Urban event #6 - Randpark Golf Course
Really enjoyed it! Was worried I'd be a bit rusty but that forced me to concentrate extra hard and the nav wasn't too hectic. Physically wasn't feeling fantastic but managed to keep it moving. Finished about 90 sec ahead of Christie.

Struggled at the back of group 2. Feeling pretty tired. Was very dark by the end of the run!

Have been assigned to help out with Badminton on teaching prac. Good fun playing doubles. Will hopefully see an improvement with 2 sessions every week for the next month.

Through the common. Lots of zig-zagging through the the forest section. GPS doesn't do well through there. Right foot still a bit sore. Should stop wearing a cap when it's windy - I just end up carrying it.
