Hermanus Parkrun
Another tough route. Really good one though! Lots of fun single track sections through a blue gum forest. And the whole vibe was cool - music at the finish and super friendly volunteers.
Right calf was a bit sore.

Note

Another trip to the physio. Big improvement from last week. Worked on my foot and calves (including needling). Not fun.

Redbull Lionheart Qualifier.
Actual time was 23:41. The first km was brutal. Had to walk quite a bit so not a very fast time. Anyway, the last km was fun :-)
Still 2 weeks left for people to qualify. Not many girls have done it yet so should make top 30. Not too stressed either way.

Up Lionshead with a very patient Tim as I crawled up and then down with Jess and JD. What a lekker day!
