Keeping things close to home for a bit of a sleep in. Kept it comfortable. Forgot my watch which made a nice change.

'Rest week'
Started work (teaching) this week. With kudus and 6+ hours on my feet most days my legs have felt totally destroyed. Not too stressed about sticking to the training plan at this point so will just see how things go over the next few weeks as I settle into the new routine. Will try and get to a couple of the local time trials (Bedfordview and RRW) and huddle park in the next few weeks. Then will try and get to some Jeppe morning club runs.

Kudus 15 in the rain. Kept it fairly comfortable and felt decent. Weather meant it wasn't too crowded. Almost didn't get my bum out of bed but glad that I did.
