Left calf is a bit sore but otherwise felt decent. Nice cool conditions.

EHS running club (coaching)
2 laps of the field to warm up, then 3x along the back fence (the fastest person made it to the gate and "collected" everyone else on the way back). So I ended up doing between 800-900m for each rep. Got further as the fast peeps faded. 3-5min break between each. One lap cool down and stretching.

Awesome trail run at Klipriviersberg (hosted by Southern trails).
Not too many people which was great. Some tough climbs in the first half which I hiked. Enjoyed the technical downhills and just tried to keep it moving along the flat bits. Definitely need to run here more - it's only 20 minutes from home.
