Rondebult Parkrun.
Very flat around a whole bunch of veggie fields. Very muddy in patches where they had been watering. Small turnout, about 120 peeps and a very entertaining race director.
Walked with my mom. Had another flippen migraine (It started just as the parkrun started) so spend some quality time getting to know the parking lot floor afterwards. Quite a bad one in the end :(

Migraine started just before break. Slept through break and my free then managed to (kind of) teach my last few lessons. Had to skip crossfit

Decent session. 26 people tonight so a bit busy. Very arms focused.
2-4-6-8-10: push ups, muscle ups, t2b, lunges (5kg plate)
5x (7 push press, 7 pull ups, 7 burpees)
5x ( 6 s.deadlift, 9 push ups, 12 box jumps)
