Note

Cricket was cancelled at the last minute. The other team couldn't get enough players together. Means we get the points but I could've done street O instead :-(

Yoh I died. But it felt so good to get in a solid session.

Quite a late start so rather hot out. Safe to say we could've done a bit more training but we managed ourselves well and tried to just keep moving and enjoy ourselves. My neck and back got proper sore. Avoided getting burnt to a crisp - winning :-)
(splits are weird because I think my glove kept pushing the split button)
