Note

Cricket. Enjoyed it a lot more this week. Went for 20, made 10 so an improvement. Took a blow on my R thumb. Swollen and throbbing. Eish

5 min split jerk drills
15 min (5 push press, 10 bar overs, 5 back squats, 1 split jerk)
15 min (10 jumping lunges, 5 muscle ups, 5 ring push ups, 1 squat-split jerk)

Cricket was cancelled at the last minute. The other team couldn't get enough players together. Means we get the points but I could've done street O instead :-(
