Only 2 of us tonight so with 2 instructors it was pretty intense. Also still sore from Tues.
6 min core warm up
Squat snatch drills
8mins (2 squat snatch, rope climb - mine had knots thank goodness)
20 mins (12 push press with 2x 8kg KB, 8 sitting push press with 2x 6kg KB, 4 front squats with 18kg, 8 triceps dips, 12 lunges with 2x 6kg KB). Managed 5 rounds. Arms wobbling proper by the end.
