Not my favourite session. Too much technical bar stuff. Split jerks, power cleans, thrusters etc. Low weight and technique focused. Didn't feel like a proper workout.
On a positive note legs are hardly sore from Sunday

Was panicking a bit last night as my CrossFit comeback DOMS was proper. Legs warmed up nicely though. Ran with Dyll and we kept it nice and steady with a couple of short walks through the water points. Felt strong into the finish and didn't feel like death walking to the car.
