Tourist run #50. Tough route. Almost as tough as Golden Harvest. I wasn't feeling strong. Got a bucket loads of excuses (giving blood, last week's 21, yesterday's CrossFit, a rough week with min running). Lekker breakfast afterwards to celebrate :-)

Johnson Crane. As expected quite busy at the start so took a while to settle. It's a lekker flat route so managed to keep up a decent pace and picked it up towards the end.
