3 rounds: 45 skips, 15 push press, 21 wall balls, 9 step ups
Then 25 DL, 25 back squat, 25 hanging clean, 25 push press. With 5 double arm thrusters on the minute every minute (6kg in ea arm)
Tough one. Pretty buggered for the rest of the day
