CSIR 21km.
Busy race. 2km of dirt road at 5km slowed the field right down to a walk which was rather frustrating. Started feeling nauseous at 9km. Just tried to keep it moving and started feeling better around 14km. Not a fun 5km. Not too sure what caused that :-( Guess ive had too many easy 21km recently, was time for some suffering. Legs felt okay. Right leg isn't 100% though.
Don't think I'll be back at this one next year.
