Running 18:00 [3] 2.2 km (8:11 / km)
shoes: Nike Pegasus 33

EHS cross country training. Session was 1.2 warm up with dynamic stretching and usually sit-ups, squats etc.
Then 3-5 sets of (400m at 70%, 1min rest, 400m at 80%, 3-5min rest).
Most kids managed 2 sets. Haha. The hardcore boys did 5.
I was just jogging around a bit. Been feeling a bit under the weather for a couple of days and with the marathon on Sunday I cant get sick.

Cross country training with the kids. Warm up, round the block, cool down. The faster ones did more - I was sweeping at the back.
Forgot my watch at home.

Didn't manage to get up for the 6am club 20km.
Pretty low on mileage for the week so had to get out for a decent one. I was vrek slow but tried to stay positive and was quite a lekker route up through Primrose down Fishers Hill and back through Bedfordview.
