Running18:00  2.2 km (8:11 / km) shoes: Nike Pegasus 33
EHS cross country training. Session was 1.2 warm up with dynamic stretching and usually sit-ups, squats etc.
Then 3-5 sets of (400m at 70%, 1min rest, 400m at 80%, 3-5min rest).
Most kids managed 2 sets. Haha. The hardcore boys did 5.
I was just jogging around a bit. Been feeling a bit under the weather for a couple of days and with the marathon on Sunday I cant get sick.

Didn't manage to get up for the 6am club 20km.
Pretty low on mileage for the week so had to get out for a decent one. I was vrek slow but tried to stay positive and was quite a lekker route up through Primrose down Fishers Hill and back through Bedfordview.
