How to get Dyllan and Sarah out of bed at 3h30 in the morning after 4 hours sleep for a 10km in Pretoria? Arrange to run a friends 1st 10km with them. Can't ditch them even if it feels like winter is back.
Was a busy one. Slow start. Felt way better than 2 weeks ago. Dyll and Johan had a faster start but I pushed a bit and caught them at 7.5km and cruised in with them.
Need to run more. I am soooooo unfit!
