Recovery after 94.7 has been good. Worst was a stiff neck.
Did 1km ergo, 15min treadmill, glutes and abs

94.7 Cycle Challenge.
Started at 7h57. Had a smooth ride with no technical issues etc. Was damn hot and quite windy in places. Our first reverse route and those hills just keep coming and coming.
The roads were so busy. We hit the back of the 40km ride going into Kyalami race track and it was rather nerve wracking dodging people for the last 25km. Never felt like I hit a rhythm today and got pretty uncomfortable early on. Anyway we survived :-)
