EHS cross country training. Last one for a while with sports suspended and test weeks starting. 1km warm up 3 rounds of 20 walking lunges, 100m jog, 20 squats, stair rep, 100m jog, 20 situps, 200m jog, 30 sec plank or 15 push ups. 400m cool down

Oxpecker day 2. Chilly start. We were quite worried about how the legs would hold up but the route was awesome. Flat to start, gradual climb up to 7km and then technical downhill single tracks all the way into the finish. Great weekend. Food was amazing! Only negative was cold nights camping.
