Rondebult parkrun
A new one for Dyllan. The route has changed from when I did it in 2017. We took turns pushing the pram, changing every 500m. 1 patch of big puddles and a few slow rocky sections but otherwise could run nicely.
We got Dyllan's and Mia's Visas for the UK yesterday so we should get to do our first international parkruns in June :-)

30 mins on treadmill then 10 mins core. Haven't done enough strength recently, abs were proper sore the next day.
Another inter-house athletics day done. Now for exams which should be a bit more relaxed.
