It was a pleasure to be in the Saldus OK 2nd team. 2nd leg. Not the cleanest nor the fastest run, but did the job - kept our team in leading group. Too bad our 3rd leg did not so great, however, quite happy with my effort despite the pain in the foot which was hard during warm-up, but got better during the race.

It is clear that I should give a couple of months of rest to the leg. Don't know yet if will be running any races this season, time will tell.

Not as good as hoped. 5:30 in mistakes and still almost managed to get 3rd. Well "almost" means 16 seconds short of 3rd place. First two places 5-6 minutes away so even the 3rd place wouldn't be something to be very proud of, but keeping in mind my pain in the foot which is now really uncomfortable, I guess I did ok.

One of the best terrains near Riga, really enjoyable, have to keep focused. Quite a clean run, 2 minutes in mistakes, good speed also. The only problem is the foot, keeps hurting :( I know I should probably take a long rest etc, but the LV champs are this weekend... Want to make decent run there.
