Quite a long one. 5 minutes in mistakes on this, not happy. Physically felt surprisingly good all the way, speed ok.

Unfortunately the knee is not ok the next day (when writing this). Could not run today if there was a race planned. This is something fucking up my start of the season. Hope will be able to compete on two-day races.
