whooh, what a race! Very demanding both physically and technically. My main goal was to keep it clean as possible, but towards the end lost power and got sloppy. Good thing I catched Salvis at 6, so he helped with speed. Made mistakes for 5:40, so not a good clean race, but guess what - the other guys made bigger mistakes. As a surprise I won this, so first gold medal since restarted orienteering. Hell Yeah!

Some minor mistakes, nothing serious, tried to be fast through greens which I think I managed. Good training for weekend. LV champs long coming up. Physically feeling good, just the knee a little problematic.

had some time for this, beginning was fine, just a little knee pain which went away later, but at the end just felt super-weak and hungry, yeah, first thing home was opening fridge and eating whatever
