Northern Champs. M16A. Overall some nice orienteering and a decent result but found wanting by some lacklustre speed. Probably should've pushed harder, especially through the middle section of the course where I actually thought about how fresh I was still feeling. Still stuck to the plan and kept the safe orienteering going. However, binned a stupid 4 mins at #10, although kept unusually cool for once and didn't panic. Saw Adam at one point, which reassured me that all was good. Overall a little off the pace but hopeful symptomatic of the lack of racing recently, hopefully find a little bit of form soon and start racing better.
