Thought i could handle a decent week straight back but evidently not. Achilles pain so will ice, rest and roll for the rest of the week though.

Going to need a really clean 7 weeks to have any chance at a good selection period. Don't see why that cant happen though. Big focus on doing the little things right: sleep, food (with enough animals to keep me going), and being sure not to overdo the millage.
