- Warm-up: --
- Three rounds: run up and down stairs for 60 seconds / rest for 60 seconds.
- Three rounds: overhead squats w/ PVC x 20 / double-unders x 40 (I did about 14 double-unders, then subbed 60 singles instead).
- Burgener warm-up w/ PVC. Lots of overhead squat and snatch-balance practice w/ PVC and then w/ 35# bar.
- Snatch balance practice. I could do 55# fairly easily, but only did 65# successfully one time, mixed in with lots of near misses (dumping the bar forward and falling on my butt, etc.).
- For time: row 2,000m. My time was 10:13, second slowest of all 45 people listed on the whiteboard. Yay me. :-P
- Three rounds: abmat sit-ups x 20 / 20# dumbbell bench press x 10.
I've had a stress headache for a solid 24 hours now. Not fun.
