Today's training plan assignment was: "1-hour run. Steady effort. Enjoy the day!"
I surfed for plane fares and other nonsense for way too long today, so I finally started my run at 3:45 pm -- not exactly "enjoying the day" since the sun was already starting to go down. :-P
I felt kinda slow but maintained a 10:00 pace over six miles, so I'm happy with that.
Also, I got to see a nice sunset as I was finishing.
