I thought we had cold & snowy weather in the forecast, but that never materialized -- it was clear, sunny, and 50s all day (maybe the cold weather is moving in tonight instead of last night?).

Dirty Bismark loop. I felt "off" the whole time; my hands and toes were numb, I felt short of breath, and it was really hard to see the trail (low sun causing lots of long shadows; chilly wind making my eyes water heavily the whole time; and sunglasses fogging up immediately every time I pulled up my mask -- which was often, since the trails were busy).

So I didn't ride the log stairs (balked twice, and then just rode around), and then I wiped out on a totally flat & easy section of the trail near the end of the loop (lost my balance somehow while pulling up my mask...which means this happened right in front of another person). Good grief.

But I'm glad I got out.
